Palm Springs International Film Festival
Annual Festival hosts a fabulous array of movies and movie stars every January. Featuring a stellar line-up of more than 200 films from 60 countries, special events and gala receptions. Many foreign features and U.S. independent films make world or U.S. debuts and Oscar bids. Screenings on 15 screens in Palm Springs. Established in 1990 by then Palm Springs Mayor, Sonny Bono.
